Privacy Policy
Last Modified: October 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Velosity Inc. ("Velosity," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our websites, communicate with us, or use the Velosity Business OS and related services. Customer agreements may contain additional terms for customer data processed through the Service.
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide. This may include your name, business email address, company, phone number, account information, meeting preferences, support requests, form messages, chat content, webinar or mailing-list registration, and other information you choose to provide.
- Customer data. Customers and authorized users may submit configurations, rules, quotes, bills of materials (BOMs), routings, documents, integration data, business records, product and production information, service records, files, and outputs generated from that data. The customer controls this data, and Velosity processes it to provide the Service and as directed by the customer. We do not use customer data to train or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models without the customer's prior written consent.
- Usage and device information. Our systems may receive IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, timestamps, diagnostic data, and security events.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use first-party cookies or browser storage for authentication, security, preferences, campaign attribution, remembering ROI-calculator inputs, and limiting repeated promotional prompts.
- Other sources. We may receive business contact and interaction information from account administrators, referral sources, integration partners, public business sources, and providers such as Zoho when you use an enabled chat or scheduling feature.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide, operate, secure, support, and improve our websites and Service; administer accounts and customer relationships; respond to inquiries and meeting, support, or chat requests; send service communications and permitted marketing; measure campaign attribution; detect abuse and fraud; enforce agreements; and comply with law.
3. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to vendors that provide hosting, infrastructure, email, CRM, marketing, scheduling, chat, security, and support; to a customer that administers your account; at your direction through enabled integrations; when required by law or needed to protect the Service and others; or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.
Our website may use Zoho services for CRM, marketing communications, chat, and meeting scheduling when enabled. Embedded media, demonstrations, fonts, and links may connect you to third-party services governed by their own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information for money.
4. Marketing choices
We add you to a marketing list only when you request or consent to marketing communications or when otherwise permitted by law. You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email. This does not stop transactional, account, security, or service communications.
5. Cookies and browser controls
You can use browser settings to delete or block cookies. Blocking cookies may prevent authentication, preferences, calculators, chat, scheduling, or other features from working correctly. Third-party embeds may provide their own controls.
6. Retention and security
We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and security records, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Periods vary by the information, customer agreement, and applicable law. We use safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict processing. We may verify your identity and retain information where permitted or required by law. If Velosity processes your information for a customer, direct your request to that customer.
8. International processing and children
Velosity and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries using safeguards required by applicable law. Our business services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will revise the "Last Modified" date. To ask a privacy question or submit a request, use our contact form. Do not include passwords, private keys, payment-card details, or other sensitive information in a website form.
