1. Introduction

This policy applies to Velosity websites, software applications, APIs, infrastructure, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). It supplements the Terms of Service and any applicable customer agreement.

2. Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for their users, credentials, data, integrations, and use of the Service. You must use the Service lawfully, follow applicable documentation, and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access.

3. APIs, integrations, and automation

You may use documented APIs, webhooks, MCP endpoints, ERP connectors, and other integrations provided or approved by Velosity for automated workflows, including approved dealer automation. You must comply with the applicable documentation, authentication requirements, rate limits, Order Form, and other technical limits. Velosity may reasonably adjust technical limits to protect the security, availability, and integrity of the Service.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to violate law or another person's rights; store or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, discriminatory, or infringing content; send unlawful spam; distribute malware; phish, steal credentials, or commit fraud; gain unauthorized access; probe vulnerabilities without prior written authorization; bypass controls or limits; disrupt the Service; or extract data through undocumented automated means.

5. Security, enforcement, and reporting

You must protect credentials and promptly report suspected compromise. Velosity may investigate violations and may remove content, restrict or suspend access, or terminate use as permitted by the applicable agreement. We may act immediately where necessary to protect the Service, customers, third parties, or comply with law. Report suspected abuse or security issues through our contact form.
